Episode two of the show Hoarder House Flipperswhich was just renewed for Season 2, features Quebec brothers Mactar, Issa, and Khadim, who discover their low cost flip (which was owned by a hoarder) could ultimately cost big bucks. Mactar’s big ideas has helped him flip greater than 20 properties for profit, and he’s done that with the assistance of each Khadim, who helps curb his impulsive decisions, while cool-headed Issa keeps a watch on the underside line.
“The best a part of this job is the best way we discover solutions,” Issa explained in a recent phone interview. “We’re glad people will see our process and the ways through which we discover ways to unravel certain challenges, like budget.”
His brother Khadim added, “The Montreal market is actually hot immediately and there are plenty of bidding wars. Because we do not have plenty of houses available on the market and knowing there’s an absence of properties, everyone’s jumping on it. We ‘re those who jump on a house as soon as its available on the market.”
