Removing limescale from toilets will be particularly hard, especially if you happen to’re not patient enough to let products work. Because of living in a tough water area, limescale often appears in my kettle, around taps and in the bathroom. In reality, the bathroom marks were so bad I believed the enamel had worn away in my upstairs bathroom. After putting two products to the test, it turned out to be limescale.
Firstly, I made a decision to achieve for a Dr.Beckmann cleansing product as I actually have all the time loved their items, specifically their washer cleaner.
After I saw that they had a foaming toilet cleaner, I made a decision to place it to the test.
Available for £3, the self-foaming cleansing product comes with three toilet treatments.
The directions to be used stated to pour the contents directly into the bathroom water and leave it for 10 minutes.

Not wanting to waste any more product, I opted for a cleansing product loved by Mrs Hinch and her fans, the Harpic Power Plus Toilet cleaner.
I picked the product up in Tesco for around £1 and it claims to remove limescale, tough stains, rust and dirt construct up.
What’s more, it helps to maintain germs and bacteria at bay, which is incredibly necessary in the case of cleansing.
I actually have used this product for several years, but have never needed to put it to the test like with the bathroom in my latest house.

Despite Mrs Hinch fans recommending leaving this product overnight, I made a decision to see how much limescale it could remove inside 10 minutes.
I poured a number of the product into the bowl and left it to work its magic before returning to wash it.
As I began scrubbing the underside of the bathroom, the limescale began to melt away, coming away in chunks.
After using the comb for a minute or so, I flushed the bathroom to see how well it had worked.
It needed more time to take a seat and so I poured more of the product down the bathroom and left it for around 8 hours to work.
I used to be optimistic that this was going to work and after I began scrubbing again, the limescale got here away in huge chunks.
To my surprise, the limescale across the rim of the bathroom had also began to melt away and I didn’t even comprehend it was there.
After three minutes of scrubbing, I flushed the bathroom and the underside of the bowl was perfectly white again.
This method was really easy and I will certainly be using each products in my cleansing routine again.
